Frequently Asked Questions

We try to anticipate questions you might have about our SERVICES and provide the answers here. If you need further information please contact us either by e-mail or on our toll-free number 1-866-262-9844.

Can I ship Personal Items in my vehicle?

You can ship up to 100 lbs of items as long as they are out of sight in trunk. DOT regulations do not allow a driver who is not licensed to carry household goods. To do so, they can be fined up to $5000.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards for our deposit.  The drivers are paid upon delivery of the vehicle either by Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Cash.

If I cancel my order, will I receive a refund?

If you place an order and make other arrangements or no longer need our services we ask that you contact us to cancel the order.  We will be working on scheduling a transport to move the vehicle and will not know unless contacted by you that our services are no longer needed.   If your vehicle is scheduled for pick up and we are advised that our services are no longer needed, you will forfeit your deposit.  So, be sure to contact us as soon as you know that our services are no longer needed.

How many days in advance should I book my order?

We recommend that you book your order at least 7–10 days prior to the desired shipping date.

Is my vehicle insured during shipment?

Yes. Your vehicle is insured from the time we pick it up until the time it is delivered, by cargo liability insurance.  All our drivers are required to have a minimum of $100,000 per vehicle they transport and a minimum of 1 Million per load.  However, we recommend that you maintain your personal coverage because incidents such as hail, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc (Acts of God) are not covered.

Will my vehicle be transported in an open or enclosed carrier?

In most circumstances your car will be transported on an 8–10 car carrier. Enclosed carriers are available upon request and demand a higher transport rate.

Can you transport my vehicle if it is not running/operational?

We can transport and inoperable vehicle (INOP) however, additional charges will apply.  In order to provide you with the correct information we will need to know true condition of the car.  For example, it is important that an INOP vehicle be able to roll forward and reverse, steers and brakes. Vehicles that do not meet this criteria can still be moved, however, may require special equipment for loading and unloading.

Will you pick up and deliver my vehicle Door to Door?

We make every effort to provide door to door service.  However, in some circumstances where vehicles may be located or needed delivered the  residential area may not allow commercial vehicles, either due to weight or size constraints, low hanging branches from trees or low bridges.  We will ask that you coordinate arrangements with the driver to have the vehicle picked up or delivered at a nearby parking lot or area convenient to you, that is accessible by the transporter, which is safe for loading or unloading of your vehicle.
